Yesterday, Lil Wayne’s first-born son Dwayne “Tuney” Carter III celebrated his 5th birthday down in ATL with his beautiful mommy Sarah Vivan and two of his big sisters, Reginae and Essence, Sarah’s daughter from a previous relationship. Though daddy was overseas on tour, Sarah promised that the “real” celebration would come upon his return at the end of this month. Check out the adorable video below and pics in the gallery.
