A 22 year old Long Island man has been arrested by Suffolk County police for allegedly sexually assaulting a child in a Walmart bathroom. Once in the bathroom, Bulmer is accused of sexually abusing the child, who was with his mother at the time of the incident. Matthew Bulmer has been charged with sex abuse and child endangerment at his arraignment today.
Detectives are asking anyone with information on the case to call the Special Victims Section at 631-852-6184.
Not for nothing, parents should be watching their children more closely. No, the little boy is not at fault for his attack and yes, Matthew Bulmer is a complete predator, but I see too often children are left unsupervised in public. I hope Bulmer has the worst experiences of his life in jail.
