Francisco, the eldest of the Felix brothers, once controlled drug trafficking from Mexico to California. He was extradited in 2006 to the United State and sentenced 6 years for drug related charges. Upon being release in 2008 for “good behavior”, the drug lord returned back to Mexico. His brother Ramon was killed in a shootout with police in 2002 and three of his other brother are serving time in American prisons. Francisco’s sister, Enedina and her son, have taken over the family’s business in drug trade.
Police have failed to find the gunmen.
