A group of minority youths, ranging from 12 to 15 years old, beat up a couple outside Kings Plaza in Brooklyn, while yelling racial slurs. They surrounded the couples car after being honked at and were yelling, “Get those crackers! Get that white whore.” Ronald Russo and his wife, Alanna, were at held up at a green light on Avenue U at East 58th Street, when he honked his horn to get the group of teens out of the street. While passing through the group, the teens kicked the car and prompted Ronald to get out of his vehicle to check the damages. That is when things went terribly wrong. He was dragged to the ground, kicked, punched and jumped. While this brutal beating was taking place, his wife called 911 and that is when a 12 year old girl grabbed Alanna to the ground by her hair. Ronald Russo suffered a fracture nose, a broken septum, and a blood clot. His wife suffered a black eye. The couple was taken to Beth Israel Medical Center, where Mr. Russo reported his iPhone as stolen. Two of the teens were found by a near by parking lot and arrested and two more teens, including the girl who pulled Mrs. Russo’s hair, were arrested as well. Police officers are looking for six more suspects.
We have to do better people! Why are people allowing their children, as young as 12 years old, to roam the streets?
