Earlier this year, word was that Beyonce would be dropping a new album, and the release of songs like “Rise Up” and “Standing On The Sun” this summer seemed to hint that it was coming soon…but then nothing happened. Now 2013 is coming to an end, and there’s no promo at all from Beyonce’s end on a new project, and usually she starts promoting something months in advance. So what’s up? Find out below!

There were tons of new music releases this year from big names like Drake, Kanye West, Justin Timberlake and more, and Beyonce allegedly wanted to let all the clutter clear out so she could swoop in and show ’em all how it’s done.

“Many in the music industry have gotten intel that Beyonce will put out a single in the fourth quarter, some time from late November to early December,” an insider revealed. “It’s an official single and it’s timed perfectly to push out all the others. It will be out before the end of the year.”

She also has a couple of music videos in the can that she’s shot over recent months, so those will likely be dropping soon too…along with an album out of the blue, a la her hubby Jay’s 2-week advance notice announcement about Magna Carta Holy Grail this summer.

“There is a noticeable hole in Columbia Records’ Q4 release schedule and it’s going to be Beyonce’s release,” the insider said. That hole is expected to be filled on December 3, when Bey will supposedly drop her track.
