After being caught, the plans became clear. The boys told a school counselor that one was going to kill their classmate, while the other one was going to hold everyone at gun point to prevent them from stopping it. The 10 year old boy has already plead guilty and has been sentenced 3 to 5 years in a juvenile detention facility. The defense attorney for the other 5th grader, attempted to portray him as a kid who doesn’t know the line between fiction and reality. The judge is not buying it though and has yet to sentence the child.

SMH! Where did these kids find their weapons? Do their parent’s not check their school bags to make sure their homework and books are there for class? Does the 10 year old deserve to be sent to a juvenile detention or is he too young? What are your thoughts?
