A 19 year old woman was entering her Bronx apartment building, when she was approached by a Hispanic man offering to pay her for a sexual encounter. When she declined, he became aggressive in his conversation and began to threaten her. When the woman tried to leave the building, the pervert grabbed and choked her. This all occurred at midnight at W. 190th St. and Fordham Manor. Smh. To see the video of the attack, click below.
