28 year old, La Crystal King-Woolfork, supposedly lost it when “her lover said no to sex” after she stumbled into their Vero Beach home’s bedroom at 4 a.m. on Sept. 27, reported NYDailyNews
Cops claim the enraged Florida woman “grabbed a large filet knife and rammed it into his face. But her victim managed to disarm his lover and hid the weapon between the mattresses of the bed before fleeing the scene”.
After her boyfriend called for help, he was immediately taken to “Indian River Medical Center to be treated for a 4-inch laceration to his right shoulder and a small cut to his head”
The alleged suspect, King-Woolfork was arrested and charged with attempted murder, although she denies the act, to VeroNews but did confess to hitting her partner several times with a metal candle holder. She reported that she also received injuries from the scuffle, as she alleges that her boyfriend banged her head several times as a result of her confrontation.
