Apparently Thursday the Oregon state police released this footage in an effort to find the suspect as this happened in August.
In Oregon about 90 miles away from Portland, dude(ohn Van Allen, 34) got pulled over on Interstate 84, and as you can see in the video, all hell breaks loose. Allen originally from South Carolina, but moved to portland from pittsburg. He served in the U.S. Army Reserve as a construction engineer from 2009 until 2012.
People that know him, say this was out of character for him.
