We fly high in the literal sense…NYPD sirened Jim Jones’ Chevy Impala for speeding, and upon walking up to the vehicle, police realized that he was out of it. Blood-shot eyes gave the officers a reason to ask Jimmy to partake in a few sobriety test – FAILED! The “Weather Man” rapper also declined a breathalyzer test – FAIL! That threw it over the top – police took Jim into custody and booked him for driving under the influence of drugs. Most likely he was smoking that green green GREEN!
