This dude is BUGGIN’ forreal! A man in Deltona, Florida tried to pay his water bill on September 23rd, but the only problem is there was no actual money involved. Instead, the man tried to pay the teller at Employees at the Deltona Water office on Enterprise Road with some booger sugar.
Immediately after the teller opened the envelope and only saw a white-powdery substance, they notified the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office to come investigate, resulting in the whole building being shut down. After various tests were conducted, the mysterious substance came back as crack-cocaine.
Although the case is currently still under investigation, the police have yet to identify or locate the missing man who dropped off the D-rugs as a form of water bill payment.
