Model/video vixen Vida Guerra was required to undergo emergency surgery yesterday, after it was discovered that the implant in her right breast had scar tissue beginning to form around it.

Apparently in 2011, Vita had replaced saline implants with gel ones, and recently started having back pain and trouble breathing. A visit to the doctor told her scar tissue had formed and had to be removed, along with the implant itself.

Luckily the surgery was a success, and now she has replaced it with a fresh new implant.

“If I could do it over again, I wouldn’t have,” Vita said in a statement. “It’s just more problems in the end.”
