Miley Cyrus showed all of her emotions, the good and the bad, when she hit the IHeartFestival stage, as ornamental midgets in flower and rainbow costumes had her back!
The singer blazed the stage with an electric fun performance of “We Cant Stop” reported by E!, her mood shifted as she broke down for her debut performance of her new hit “Wrecking Ball”.

Remember the pop star is recovering from major negativity surrounding her new found freedom of expression and now her fresh break up with Liam Hemsworth. She seems to have taken the festival stage as her outlet and let emotions run free on stage as she transited from an amped up exciting Miley to a heartbroken one. Poor Miley..
