44-year-old Rose Ann Davidson clearly has no chill (well, only if there’s LQ involved). After getting knocked five times for driving shwasted, she ran out of luck the sixth time around.
Davidson was stopped on Interstate 35 for erratic driving when the officer realized the woman was highly intoxicated. Oh, and not to mention there was an open beer can just chillin’ out in the open in her car.

When Davidson went to court to fight her case, the jury gave her LIFE behind bars for her beer chuggin’ ways.
The San-Marcos woman caught her first DUI conviction in 1996 and her last that resulted in the life sentence just this past summer.
Welp, on the bright side– she won’t be getting anymore DUIs… being that she’ll be spending the rest of her life in a jail cell. Yikes!
