YouTube said it will be rolling out the ability for all app users to watch videos while offline. Users will able to view cached content on their mobile phone. But this will only be for short term use. It isn’t known yet how long of a video you can watch on the app before it needs some sort of internet connection. Some Android users may already of this feature but for everyone else, you have to wait until November to enjoy this new add on.
