When you’re a celebrity, I assume it’s very difficult to change your name because your whole following is already used to identifying you a certain way. Well, a year after getting married, JT’s wifey Jessica Biel is officially Jessica Timberlake now and she has all the documents to prove it.
Justin Timberlake and Jessica “Timberlake” Biel have been together since 2007, despite a short break-up in March of 2011. JT proposed during the fall of 2011 and a year later, the power couple wed in 2012. As beautiful as marriage can be, the actress still had to work out some legal issues with her name change but everything has been finalized.
Life & Style confirmed, “It’s all official. The paperwork is done and she’s now legally Jessica Timberlake.”
According to the legal documents, if Jessica appears in a movie or has her name in any sort of credits, her original name Jessica Biel will still appear. (Although Jessica Timberlake doesn’t sound too shabby, either.)
Congrats to the beautiful couple! I think they’re so amazing together. Then again, anything JT does is perfect, but that’s neither here nor there. LOL.
