Officials are currently investigating the murder of two children who were found dead in a hotel room, after their suicidal mother crashed her car and confessed to officers where they could find them! Hit the jump for more details!
42 year old Marilyn Edge, of Scottsdale Arizona was charged in the suspicion of the murder of her two children, after she crashed her car into a California shopping complex, in her suicidal attempt. The woman confessed to the responding officials as they were transporting her to the hospital, that ” they could find her children in a hotel room near Santa Ana”. When officers searched the suspected room in which the children were in they found the 13 year old boy and 10 year old girl dead.
“Edge was driving a car with Georgia license plates when she crashed into an electrical box outside a shopping complex in Costa Mesa on Saturday morning. Her most recent address was in Arizona, Bertagna said, and it wasn’t immediately clear why she had come to Orange County”
“After the crash, Edge refused to get out of the car and tried to choke herself with a belt or rope as rescuers worked to free her, he said. Police found propane in Edge’s car”
The motive of the suicidal mother is unknown, further information including the names of the children and cause of the tragic death is not yet being released.
