7-year-old Tiana Parker has been victimized by her school in Tulsa, OK. The Deborah Brown Community School send Tiana home because her dress code was against policy. What was she wearing? Just adorable dread locks!! Parker’s father comments on this discrimination by saying, “She’s always presentable. I take pride in my kids looking nice.
