Three freshmen at Mount Saint Mary College out in Newburgh NY are out on $25K bail after being charged with first degree rape. The woman who is the victim in this case is also a freshman at the college and the attack took place early Sunday morning this week. Check out how this all happened…

The victim in the case was raped on campus according to her in a dorm room by the three young men, one 17 from Brooklyn, and the other two 18 from LI. All three have been charged and are out on $25K bail. School officials for Mount Saint Mary college have made no comment on the incident that happened on Sunday, but i am assuming the young men will be kicked out of school for this if found guilty. sheesh!
