Big Sean’s “Control” was released as a free track and brought up a lot of talk and controversy (mainly because of Kendrick Lamar’s verse), but someone wanted to actually feature it on their album. Who? Jay Electronica. He says, “It was me and Big Sean, we had verses on there, and then when he told me it wasn’t on his album…I was gonna use it on my album.” Jay has no beef that Big Sean dropped the song, he actually appreciated it and said, “It’s a good thing, it’s a good thing for hip hop music. Because hip hop has been laying dormant for a long time. Peace to the young Gods.” Check it out in the video below!!
