Meet Charlotte Garside, the smallest girl in the world. She was diagnosed with a rare form of Primordial Dwarfism when she was born, weighing in at less than 2lbs/25cm. Her parents Emma and Scott had to dress their newborn in baby doll clothing. Charlotte is currently 70cm and has started school. Her mother says, ‘Although Charlotte is a one-in-a-million baby with some health problems, she is not the sort of person who will fade into the background.” Hit the jump to check out the video of tiny Charlotte!
