Just when you thought Google did everything they come out with driverless cars known as “robo taxis.” The company’s focus is aimed toward driver-free taxi services rather than selling the cars directly to consumers.
The car selected to be Google’s guinea pig is the Prius and they would like to control the entire manufacturing experience of these cars. By Google making its focus to selling the car directly to consumers they will be saving a lot of money considering the prototype cars alone cost $150k each. What do you think about Google’s idea of driverless taxis?!
