Since being investigated for assaulting his wife and dealing with debt, Terrence Howard now is being sued for unpaid rent an his NYC apartment that he was evicted from.
Howard was staying in his West Broadway apartment up until this past may, even though his lease had ended in November 2012. The landlord was forced to evict him and is now suing him for the amount of unpaid rent. This shouldn’t be a problem for Howard since he’s been promoting his new film “The Butler”. Let’s hope he stays out of trouble now!
