The latest news indicates that this winter will be no different from the last few years, as Apple will have a “very busy fall” and is prepared to launch updates to the entire iPad lineup. The refresh of iPhones and iPads will include a new, lower priced iPhone, which we covered yesterday, along with a revitalized iPad lineup. The iPhone update is expected September 10. Later on, Apple has plans to unveil a thinner full-sized iPad and an iPad Mini with a high-resolution screen – in Apple jargon, that’d be a retina display. Will this invigoration of the product lineup to get people hyped about Apple again? Either way, Apple CEO Tim Cook has said that the company will introduce new products “across 2014.”
