A couple of tasters from London are experimenting with very expensive artificial flesh which is presented as a burger. This is not your ordinary tasty juicy burger though, it is made entirely of lean. The substance was grown by a team at the University of Maastricht who believe this new technology is the solution to animal welfare issues. They admit it could use some improvement in the flavor department because for $325,000 per patty it better taste remarkable!
