Right out a movie, Derrick Estell escaped from jail in Arkansas and the entire thing was caught on tape. Once on the other side, he hit the ground running with a guard chasing right behind him. However, although it’s obvious that he wasn’t alone, police have now found one of his accomplices. Check them out after the jump.
Hauling a**, he lost the guard through an alley and made his way to a getaway car. Eskell hasn’t been seen since. Despite his absence, authorities now have his mother, 54-year-old, Glenda Estell in custody. Not too long after his escape, officers listened to more than 40 phone conversations where it was revealed that she played a part. Those 40+ convos also include the call he was on seconds before his escape.
According to police reports, “The phone conversations between Derrick and Glenda Estell all have random mentions of the plan for Derrick to escape custody, just at various intervals between normal conversations.”
