An unidentified local man survived after driving off a 40-foot cliff on the San Diego coast. And he was suspected to be drinking while driving?? Smh
Around 6 a.m. on Monday, a man drove off a California cliff, and he didn’t appear to be injured after the whole ordeal. The San Diego Police Department received multiple calls that a car drove off a cliff and landed onto a beach. Luckily, the car landed on its trunk; creating less chance for life-threatening injuries.
On site crew members said the man appeared to be intoxicated. After the man was done being combative and not cooperating with the rescuers, he was able to be restrained and taken to the hospital. They took blood tests to see how much he had to drink before driving off the 40-foot cliff.
