The Lollapalooza music festival has finally come to Chcago, yet some of their starting line up decided not to. The crazy line up of performances during the festival includes artists from different genres, making this one of the most diverse music experiences for any in attendance. Amongst the excitement of the festival, they were bound to be hit with its first two cases of cancelation and no shows this Saturday.

If you were attending in hopes to see Azelia Banks, think again! She has cancelled her performance due to a throat infection. Which is a plausible reason for canceling, so you get a pass.

But the California based Band Death Grips, had no excuse to miss their own official after party. The band was a no show for an official party held at Chicago’s Bottom Lounge Friday night. Angry Fans paid their way into the venue and waited hours for the band to perform, when a man hit the stage announcing that they will not be showing. Enraged fans began taking to the stage where the bands equipment was stationed for their performance and began damaging the equipment. One tweeter posted: @Angusdiet: “So Death Grips didn’t show after 3 hours. People got so upset, trashed their drumset. Got a nice souvenir.” followed by posting the picture of a piece of damaged equipment. This though is not the bands for case of M.I.A, they announced a 30-Date tour last year then cancelled right before, reported the Tribune.

Lollapalooza pulled the band from their line up hours before they were set to perform today, announcing that “their new set will be featuring Bad things with Shaun White”. Shame on those Death Grips!
