JB just wanted to be in the city & party, but got denied! Since the youngster is only 19 years old, he couldn’t. J. Biebs and his friends showed up to Griffin Nightclub in the Meatpacking District around 2:00 AM, trying to spend a LOT of $$$ of bottle service… but they weren’t having it! Poor kid. 2 more years!
