Dark Man X just cannot seem to catch a break lately. First, DMX gets arrested for driving under the influence, driving without a license, and driving with no seatbelt on in South Carolina on Friday at 2AM, and now his estranged wife is throwing dirt on his name, saying “It’s nice to know he’s alive and not on a drug binge somewhere.” We can’t blame his significant other of 25 years for feeling some type of way because according to her, he has been dodging their child support court hearings.
DMX made his $1,235 bail and has currently been released. The rapper is known for his struggle with substance abuse, probation violations, violence, weapon charges, and other criminal offenses. Not to mention he hasn’t been keeping up with his child support payments for his four children that he has with his soon-to-be ex wife.
His ex said in an exclusive interview with RadarOnline, “I hope he gets the help he needs because his children and I need him to man up and be a father.”
According to X’s rep Nati Domenick, DMX has been laying low in his South Carolina home and mainly focusing on his “upcoming album and acting roles.”
Let’s hope DMX gets the help he needs so he can get back in that studio! (Even though he makes the best music when he’s in a dark state, but that’s neither here nor there.)
