While crossing the street in Philadelphia, a 4-year-old boy was the victim of a hit-and-run. As he was walking with his sister, he broke away to run to the other side just as an SUV was turning. And, of course, the boy was hit. However, the driver DID stop and got out of his car to check on the tike. BUT, once he saw that he was okay (relatively) he hopped back into his truck and pulled off. Thankfully, the child wasn’t hurt too bad, just a few cuts and bruises.
