Harris who’s is currently being incriminated for the death of his ex-wives family members’, believed that his cause was justified through self-defense. The man claims that he walked into the house and saw a family member of his ex wives, 14 year old Dillon Constant, slaughtering the family, and in return he killed him in self-defense. During the trial members of the family became enraged after hearing Harris’s side, including a young 7 year old Tabitha Gee. Tabitha, 3 years old, at the time had been beaten by Harris during that incident, expressed in a statement, ” … I wish you were dead and my brothers and sister and Mommy and Daddy were alive”. During the month long trial, the brother of Harris even testified against him describing the gruesome events of that day. The tragedy occurred days after Harris and Nicole Gee ( the daughter of the slain parents) had broken up after attempts of reconciliation. This seems to be a case of a delusional heartless killer.
