Along with an inventory sheet from OfficeMax giving pricing info, photos of the sequel to Google’s Nexus 7 hit the internet today. The new Android tablet is slated to hit stores around the 20th, but it may drop on the 24th at Google’s planned product event. Pricing is set to be $269.99 for the 32 GB model – no word on how much a 16 GB model will cost or if it will even be offered.
While it’s not known if these pics depict a finished product or just a working prototype, but the specs include a 7 inch LCD screen, TWO cameras – 1.2 megapixels up front and 5 megapixels on the rear-facing camera – and a monstrous 4 gigabytes of RAM. The microUSB port is centered on the bottom of the tablet, while the volume controls and power button remain in the same location as on the current Nexus 7. It’s also set to run Android 4.3 and have two speakers positioned vertically.
