49ers QB Colin Kaepernick was recently under fire for rocking a Dolphins hat and he fired back at fans saying it wasn’t a big deal. Some fans were really upset about it. Now we have Panthers QB Cam Newton. In an interview he said that he’s always been a Falcons fan and still is. Again, now some fans are pissed.

Newton, speaking at his foundation’s “Fun Day” at a YMCA in southwest Atlanta, told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution that he still pulls for the Falcons when he’s not playing them.
“It’s always a heavily critiqued game,” Newton said of theFalcons-Panthers divisional matchup. “I’ve always been aFalcons fan, and I’m still a Falcons fan except for those two times a year.
