Wal-Mart is all about helping people save a lot of money and making their customers happy but what about their employees? Wal-mart asked their workers to share postive stories about the work place but they in turn got these not so pleasurable comments. Hit the jump to see them ..
Wal-Mart is a $254 billion corporation reaching the needs of all families with its low cost deals but the employees are apparently not too thrilled about the organization. Frustrated workers went on the company’s internal wesite and posted their not so happy stories. One employee said “I’ll say what needs to be said. Now this will probably get deleted but oh well. I feel as though walmart doesn’t care about their associates it’s all about the customers and profit now that’s fine I guess but without your associates you wouldn’t have customers.
