What is going on here! Jay-Z, like his buddy Kanye West and his wife Beyonce, has never been much of a tweeter. In fact, he joked just a couple weeks back that he’d reached his “yearly allotment” for tweets after he’d sent 5 in a row to promote the various projects his Roc Nation imprint has in the works. Hovie must have woke up on the right side of the bed this morning or something, though, as he started replying to the most random of tweets, some that don’t even mention him directly!
