Receiver Victor Cruz has reached agreement on a six-year, $46 million contract with the New York Giants, a league source said.
Cruz said Monday that he will sign the deal in the next 48 hours.
The new contract includes the first-round restricted free-agent tender worth $2.879 million that Cruz signed in June after months of stalled negotiations over a long-term extension and adds five additional seasons.
