The Raiders damn near have a payroll for players that are not on the team that compares to what other teams pay their entire roster. For the upcoming season, they will pay $49.6 million to players who are long gone. Jamarcus Russell is one of those former players, as he will get $3 million from Oakland…a FEW seasons after he was released by the team. Almost $50 million in payments to ghosts. There is a reason why some teams stay bad. They could of used that to help their current situation. Jamarcus is laughing all the way to the bank, as well as many others.
