Now, it’s definitely been hot out. But still, that’s no excuse for people to walk around cities naked unless it’s South Beach –but even that’s questionable. Regardless, around 5 a.m. in Philly a police officer noticed a naked man “acting in a very unstable and violent manner.” Hit the jump for more details.
To be more specific, the officer watched the man throw a metal newspaper box and larger rocks. Such events are clearly exhausting, which later caused the man to lay down … IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET IN FRONT OF A SEPTA BUS! At that time, the viewing officer called for backup. When backup arrived, the naked guy punched the responding car’s windshield, breaking the glass. Wasting no time, the responding officer pulled out and let two off, hitting the guy once in the chest and right elbow.
It’s a shame. Had this event happened 5 years ago, he’d be owed royalties from Jazmine Sullivan.
