Kim Kardashian just gave birth to her first child with Kanye West named North just a few weeks ago. Kimmy Cakes is known for her amazing body, and she doesn’t plan to get sloppy any time soon. Fitness guru and celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson spilled the beans on Kim’s extensive new workout plan post baby Nori. Check it out after the jump!

Gunnar Peterson has a reputation of getting A-list celebs into top shape. Peterson has Kim doing an intensive workout plan that will get Kimmy back into her skimpy bikinis in no time.
The post-pregnancy workout consists of pushing a 200 pound sled down a 90 foot track, cardio boxing, dead lifts, rowing machine, and squats. Peterson says “We always mix strength moves with cardio intervals and I find that combination is what really works best for me… but everyone is different.”
Prior to baby Nori being born, Kim was training with Peterson three-five days a week when her scheduled allowed it.
