Kanye West decided to forgo a lot of press for his latest album, Yeezus. Instead of having a traditional single for radio and following that with a video, Ye projected his music on building around the world. Yesterday, I read some a tweet from Hot 97’s Karlie Hustle that said she received the clean version of a Kanye song that would serve as a single. Now we have confirmation from Def Jam that a Yeezus single is being sent to DJs and will get the visual treatment. Def Jam confirmed to Billboard that “Black Skinhead” has been cleaned up and sent to radio. They also confirmed that there will be a video for the track and it will be released around July 4th which is when it’s supposed to really hit the radio.
