Aaron Hernandez was remanded into custody yesterday following his arraignment and was ordered to be held without bail. Today they went back to court today for a bail review hearing. The court denied him bail again.

11:37 AM PT — The judge hasn’t been swayed … she just DENIED Hernandez bail. He’s now stuck behind bars until his trial.
11:24 AM PT — The prosecutor just said they’re seeking a life sentence for Hernandez without the possibility of parole … huge.
11:22 AM PT — The prosecutor just mentioned the photo TMZ posted last night — showing Hernandez brandishing a glock in the mirror 4 years ago — claiming it’s possible the murder weapon was also a glock.
11:20 AM PT — The prosecutor is arguing there IS hard evidence … including matching shell casings found both in Hernandez’ car and at the murder scene.
11:13 AM PT — Hernandez’ lawyer is also concerned that it could be a year before his client gets his trial … telling the judge, “He will suffer a protracted loss of liberty.” The lawyer says he’s open to high cash bail, GPS monitoring, and even house arrest … anything but no bail.
11:10 AM PT — As for risk of flight … Hernandez’ lawyer says he poses no risk at all. He’s too famous to hide. He’s also been fully cooperative with authorities thus far.
11:06 AM PT — Hernandez’ lawyer is making arguments in favor of awarding bail, claiming a serious charge alone isn’t enough to hold him without bail. He says prosecutors have offered no eyewitness testimony, or any hard evidence.
The lawyer continued … Hernandez is a college graduate, has no priors, and is one of the best football players in the country. He is also a father of an 8-month-old daughter.
11:04 AM PT — Hernandez just showed up to court in a green jumpsuit.
