While Chris Bosh should be ecstatic about winning the NBA Championship unfortunately for him his personal life isn’t as great. Bosh has been in a legal battle with his ex for quite some time. She has been asking for an increase in child support and now Bosh wants full custody of the child. Read more after the jump.
Bosh has filed legal docs asking a judge to strip his ex, Allison Mathis, of primary physical custody of their four-year old daughter Trinity.
According to TMZ
Bosh claims Mathis has been trying to alienate the kid from him … blocking contact, refusing to let them travel together, and poisoning their daughter against him. Bosh wants primary physical custody, but says he’s more than willing to give Mathis her fair share of mother-daughter time in the form of visitation. Mathis has fired back in her own legal docs, saying his complaints are BS.
If you remember correctly Bosh was denied permission to take his daughter to the Olympics because of Mathis. I often see pictures of Trinity along with Adrienne Bosh and the son she and Chris have together. I’m not sure how Mathis feels about that but if Chris’ complaints are true, I’m sure it adds fuel to the fire.
