Bad customer service at it’s best. Instead of sending the customer what they ordered offline they were sent a package full of Employment paper work for Banana Reupblic employees. It was a package full of social security numbers, birth dates, sick notes, and evaluation reviews. All personal information that should not be seen. The customer who ordered from BR was expecting a tie and pocket square for his wedding coming up next month. Banana Republic has apologized for sending the wrong package and will do what ever they can to make right what went wrong which was the wrong label being placed on the package.
