Seemingly, Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Kenya Moore didn’t have the funds to pay her rent, so landlady, Conya Weems-Dillon decided to give her B.O.O.T. Hit the jump for the details.

Kenya Moore’s Atlanta mansion was being rented for $3,999mo, but for the month of May she was $848 short. Landlady, Conya Weems-Dillon filed a notice for eviction and states, “The decision to file this eviction notice regarding Ms. Moore was reached after pursuing every possible amicable way to settle this matter privately. I am grateful that the judicial system has brought finality to this eviction process and I look forward to regaining possession of my home.” Since Moore did not show-up to court the decision went in Weems-Dillon’s favor. Moore says that she paid her rent in full for the months of May and June, so there was no need for this. Doesn’t matter now, because she owes June’s rent as well as $2,500 in eviction fees and damages. TSK TSK! There is talk of counter suits, so we’ll see if that will work for the former pageant princess.
