Chris Brown's graffitti

Chris Brown is at odds with his current home of L.A., as the city is attempting to force him to remove the graffiti he drew on his home and he’s not having it! In a recently filed appeal, Breezy says the government has no right to force him to remove it because it’s protected by the First Amendment.

Chris tells the city, whose argument is that he has an illegal “sign” on his home, that the graffiti is art that “[enhances] the architectural and aesthetic features of the residential property.”

He goes on to say, “The murals are a reflection of [my] aesthetic taste and a reflection of free speech and expression protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.”

The case is now in the hands of the Dept. of Building and Safety’s board of appeals. Who do you think will win this one?
