Back in 2010, Billy Ray Cyrus filed papers for a divorce from his wife, Tish Cyrus however, a few short months later he changed his mind stating, “I want to put my family back together.” This time it’s Tish’s turn, since she has now filed for a divorce. The two share a statement: “This is a personal matter and we are working to find a resolution that is in the best interest of our family. Miley is grown…I’m sure that it’s not going to be an easy ride seeing as her parents were married for about 14 years, but for her 14-year-old sister, Noah it’s a different thing. Tish is requesting physical and legal custody of their daughter, and wants Billy Ray to get visitation rights. That’s a stretch. Let’s hope this settles without too many feelings getting hurt.
