Carmelo Anthony who often celebrates his Puerto Rican heritage surprised his fellow Puerto Ricans by passing through the 28th annual 116th Street Festival. The Pre-Puerto Rican Day Parade event took place in Spanish Harlem on Saturday afternoon and Melo caused quite a stir when he drove through. The event was held from 11:00am to 5:00pm and featured 5 music stages and over 200 vendors. Check the pictures out after the jump.
