In a recent study published by the American Civil Liberties Union, records show that New York State has the most marijuana arrests in the nation! Within the state, records also show that Brooklyn is where it all goes down, with over 20,000 arrests in 2010 alone. Unfortunately, what isn’t surprising is that blacks are much more likely to victimized by the inherently biased “stop-and-frisk” policy.
