A man is suing Jessica Simpson for pretending his son was her child. According to the man who filed the suit, he was at a meet and greet with Jessica and someone suggested that the pregnant star hold the fan’s infant son. Once Jessica held the baby, the man claims that photographers from OK! Magazine began snapping pictures. I guess at the time he didn’t realize that the photogs were from the magazine or would use his son to make money. Christopher Hurst has filed a suit against OK! Magazine, Jessica Simpson, and Getty images because he believes Jessica and OK! planned the photo so she could make more money despite having a $800k deal for her infant’s first picture.
Hurst’s son was featured on a the magazine cover in which Jessica opened up about her first few days as a mom and his son was used so Jessica can double up on her magazine profit. According to the man, the picture was taken even before Jessica gave birth! You can clearly see the baby used in the picture is nowhere near a newborn. Hit the gallery for the magazine cover.
